Founded in Quebec, Canada, Doral Boats became one of Canada’s largest manufacturers of runabouts and cruisers in the 1980’s. Doral built a variety of boats classified into three categories: sport yachts, express cruisers, and the elite series.
Doral was established by Moïse Cadorette in 1972 along the St Lawrence River in Quebec, Canada. In 1989, the company was purchased by two local entrepreneurs and relocated to the historic town of Grand Mère, Quebec where the boat manufacturing industry flourished.
Expanding to Doral International, Doral conducted business in more than 25 countries. The Doral Difference was 30 years of experience and a modern plant where boats were built by boaters for boaters.
Doral’s range is classified into three series: sport yachts, express cruisers, and the elite series. The sport yachts are the longest in terms of overall length and are available in two models, Alegria and Mediterra. The express cruisers are comprised of six models: Boca Grande, Elegante, Intrigue, Prestancia, Venezia, and Montecillo.
