Symbol Yachts
Symbol Yachts was founded in 1982 by CEO, Jimmy Cheng, as the first production boat builder of planning hulls in Taiwan. In 1998, world famous naval architect, Jack W. Sarin, became Symbol’s exclusive designer. With a solid record of meeting International Standards, Symbol values artistry, skill, and craftsmanship and is committed to providing its customers with superbly engineered luxury yachts.
About Symbol Yachts
In 1982, Jimmy Cheng founded Symbol Yachts in Taiwan. With more than 30 years of experience with various Taiwanese shipbuilders, Cheng ensures that Symbol’s luxury yachts meet International Standards.
World-renowned naval architect, Jack W. Sarin, became Symbol’s exclusive designer in 1998. Sarin has four decades of yacht design experience and is well-known for his mega yacht designs.
With an international dealer network in Australia, Singapore, and the United States, Symbol conducts sales worldwide, building a 58’ Yacht Fisherman for the government of Queensland and the PIL Harbour Launch for Hong Kong.
