Off Market
The Beneteau Flyer 12 is an express cruiser with a European styling and very nice engineering. She looks great, thanks to a repainted Awlgrip red and white hull, teak railing, flooring in the cockpit and salon, and lots of Alpi wood throughout, and great natural lighting.
She comes with Volvo Penta's IPS 400 pod-driven engines, and cruises easily at 20 knots, with a top speed of 26 knots or so. She has an electric opening roof in the salon, which also features new galley counter tops and salon and helm upholstery. Down three steps is the access to the cabins and heads. There's a Master Cabin forward with a very large en-suite head and separate shower stall, which is bright an airy thanks to a skylight and two opening ports. There's another enclosed cabin with a queen-sized berth and it's own en-suite head. This is a great boat for young families, or couple with occasional guests.
"Ruby" is well maintained by her current owners, and is current on her engine and pod drive servicing. She is ready to enjoy!

Salon (to Starboard when you enter):
Galley (To Port when you enter):
The galley is unobtrusively positioned in the living area to Port. The counter takes the entire 10 Foot length of the salon. It's been updated from the original wood (which had faded) to a beautiful greige Corian countertop. The middle section, about 5 feet long, flips up to reveal the 2-burner stove and the double sink.
Helm Station:
The Helm Station is to Starboard, past the settee. This elevated platform offers great visibility via nearly unobstructed view (There is a small stainless beam in the center and in each of the corners, but you hardly notice them).
Master Cabin (Forward):
The master cabin is all the way forward, and features nice appointed Alpi wood furniture, and wood flooring, with cream colored vinyl walls. There's a large opening hatch overhead, and opening ports to Port and Starboard, and lots of storage. There's good amount of floor space for getting dressed. Finally, to Port is the ensuite access to the Master Head.
Master Head (with Separate shower):
Accessed from the Master Cabin, the Master Head is about 6 feet long and very airy, thanks to it's fiberglass interior, two opening ports and overhead skylight (above the shower) that's getting direct sunlight from the windshield above. Wood accents for the cabinets and counter warm the space up. There is a very large separate shower for a bot this size.
Guest Cabin (To Starboard):
Located to Starboard when you come down the stairs form the salon, the Guest Cabin is outfitted with it's own en-suite head (Also the Day Head).
Guest Head (Accessed from Guest Cabin):
The guest head is a single space with a "wet head" set up.
