St. Claire is sitting in Beautiful Cartegna, Columbia. She is ready to sail. The owners are dropping the pricing due to Covid travel restrictions. Once Covid is over the owners will take her to Florida to sell at higher pricing. 

St. Claire is a classic cruiser with many recent upgrades The Brewer 44 is the perfect cruising boat, safe, comfortable, well built and strong. She is a blue water cruiser with heavy displacement. The design is based on the Whitby 42 ketch. Lore has it the Brewers built in Fort Myers, like this one, were better constructed. The center cockpit is spacious with a large aft deck and the boat overall is extremely well balanced. 
There is a full keel (with 'Brewer bite') skeg hung rudder and cutter rig, she can take on any conditions. The Center Cockpit is spacious and affords a large aft deck which is ideal for cruisers to use as a porch, workshop or fish station. She is in excellent condition and has been actively cruised by her current owners who brought her from California, did extensive cruising and have ended in Columbia. 
Accomodations are two cabin, 2 head, with spacious salon. Dining table converts to full size berth
She is sitting in a marina in Cartegena, Columbia. St. Claire is turn key ready to continue on a Caribbean or world cruise. Many upgrades and rebuilds to important gear. See additional descriptions.

St. Clair has a high demand layout. Paired with the Brewers spectacular performance, this is a killer combination. Starting forward is a v-berth with separate wet head. Aft is the main saloon with nice teak woodwork. The galley is port of the companionway while the navigation is starboard. The passageway aft has engine access alongside and lower headroom as you walk through. The aft stateroom is large with a full width king size
berth and master head.
  Each head has a full shower.
