Extremely nice 46' with lots of updates and very well maintained. This boat has an excellent known history in our area and will no doubt provide it's next owner with lots of good years. This well equipped vessel has twin 600 hp Detroit Diesel engines.
Entering the spacious salon, a large L-shaped sofa is to port with a coffee table and two easy chairs, entertainment console to starboard. The windows have mini-blinds. Note that the entire interior is paneled in rich, dark oakwood. “Praia” was recently re-carpeted with a beige pile carpet, new drapery and bedspreads. Moving to starboard and forward is a galley, then a twin-bunk guest stateroom with a private bath and a master stateroom forward with a centerline queen bed and private bath.
The galley is down and features an L-shaped mica countertop with teak parquet flooring.
The Detroit Diesel 8V92's are in excellent condition. The two were tuned up recently (less than 50 hours ago) Racor fuel/water separators

The flybridge is accessed via a ladder with FRP steps. It features a semi-rigid aluminum framed top with a 3-sided enclosure renewed 2012),a Plexiglass venture windscreen (nice condition), two Stidd helm chairs and a bench seat with cushion forward. The exterior gelcoat gleams and has always been cared for. A custom set of spray rails help the performance. The bottom was recently repainted in December 2014 along with propspeed for the running gear.
