Hauled boat, inspected hull, treated blisters (grind blisters, fiberglass, apply epoxy barrier coat) and two coats of ablative bottom paint.

Replaced port and starboard cutlass bearings, check prop shafts and engine alignment, reconditioned props.

Note: Boat has spare props and prop shaft on board.

Installed Garmin thru hull BH60TH transducer. 

Topside:

2015/2018                

Softshell Canvas, enclosed aft section of Fly Bridge/replaced Helm Station Bimini, stainless frames and windows.

Interior:

2016

Replaced vanity mirrors in all three staterooms.

Master Suite bed length increased to 6' 3" and replaced mattress.

Installed LED TV's in Master Suite and Salon.

2017          

Sealed all windows and replaced PVC window trim. PVC trim pieces manufactured by Acme Rubber Co. from sample provided. Painted window trim and frames.

Electronics:

2014          

Installed Garmin GPSMAP 741xs-MRP, Interfaced with BH60TH Transducer via NEMA 2000. 

2018 

Garmin replaced 741xs with warranty exchange.

Notes:       

Legacy electronics have been serviced and are operational with the exception of the NorthStar Navigation systems.
 
The boat has always been in fresh water. Purchased in Michigan, brought to Florida and been in Lake Monroe at the Monroe Harbour Marina, Sanford.
