Princess Yachts' 64 Motor Yacht is designed for extensive cruising with all the comforts. Her 4 stateroom, 3 head layout gives room for 8. The large crew quarter is aft with separate head and shower. This owner has added wood floors to the saloon as well as custom sofas installed in 2015. He upgraded the master stateroom replacing the small sofa with a much needed storage cabinet.

Walking up to Nuestro Amor, you see a yacht that has been very well tended with constant attention. Full time crew keeps her clean and shining. This owner/yachtsman understands what his yacht needs to make her most enjoyable.
All aft teak has been replaced in the last couple of years with the aft cockpit done just this summer; the swim platform teak replaced a few years ago. You also see a custom Bimini awning extending coverage over the aft cockpit offering shade over the entire aft deck. The custom Murray high gloss teak table is surrounded by the u-shaped settee. All new teak decking extends to the steps and the warping winch decks.
The entryway is further enhanced with a hydraulic passerelle to port.
The large hysraulic swim platform holds the jet ski with custom sliding chocks. NOTE: THE JET SKI IS NOT OFFERED FOR SALE WITH THE YACHT.
Engine room and electrical room accesses are in the deck sole with large entries for both spaces.
A comfortable set of stairs gives access from the cockpit to the extra large and well outfitted flying bridge. This is where most of the time is spent underway or at anchor. It is completed outfitted for lounging, dining, sunning, driving, cooking; there's no reason to leave.
Fully equipped with an extra large settee to starboard. Again, the owner added the beauty of a custom Murray teak table to enhance the space. Aft is a very large sunpad area. Forward to port is the helm station with captain and first mate seats. Forward to starboard is a double bench seat giving guests a great perch to enjoy the views underway. An added bonus is under every seat but the helm chairs is storage.
Midships is the entertainment center with the large Sovereign BBQ. This is accompanied by custom stainless steel twin tank storage with plumbed gas lines. Nicely located in the dash is an extra large dring fridge.
The entire bridge deck is covered by a retractable Bimini top. Covering much more space than any hardtop and infinitely lighter (think center of gravity), this top is tall and out of the way while providing shade over the entire deck. It stows neatly for extended storage or storm prep.
To port is the comfortable helm station. Set up for two to sit side-by-side, there is good visibility all around. The helm is located forward of the entry hatch giving a nice, open view to the aft deck for backing down. Little worry if you need more view; the Yacht Controller wireless docking system takes care of that. Walk around the entire yacht and keep command of the vessel.
This owner spared no expense to finish the yacht into something more than the stock boat. In 2015 the carpet was torn out and replaced with a beautiful hardwood in dark walnut finish. Additionally, the two sofas were replaced at the same time to finish the space properly. The custom ottoman opens to show more storage. This yachtsman designed the yacht to carry supplies for extended cruising.
With windows all around, the split window design gives views out even while sitting. A small drink fridge is to aft by the door for convenience in the saloon or easy access from the cockpit. A TV is located on the portside and is conveniently hidden on a rising track. The Bose Surround Sound stereo fills the air.
The midships galley is to starboard. Very well designed and laid out, it is open all around keeping the chef involved with the rest of the family and yacht guests. U-shaped with good storage underneath. The upright refrigerator/freezer is brand new. The four burner cooktop outfits the galley very nicely.
Full windows keeps the outside in while working in the galley. The built in divider in the galley slides shut should you need to keep some privacy in this space.
Indoor dining is to port with a large u-shaped settee. The dinette is raised slightly so the views from here are unobstructed. Large drawers and storage provide dedicated glass storage with a liquor cabinet.
This entire interior deck; the saloon, galley, and dining are kept open and airy with windows all around and seating that keeps your view to the water.
The lower helm is a ver well laid out space designed for the captain. Convenience and ease to all systems are provided at this space. It starts with the comfortable helm chair. Designed for long hauls, it provides support and a great view out. The gauges and electronics are laid out on the dash with logic and ergonomics in mind. The panoscopic door allows the captain easy access in and out.
This owner refitted all new electronics two years ago with a full Garmin system.
Heading down below, Princess designed this yacht with four staterooms. The Master is amishsips with its own private hallway aft; a large retreat for the owners. Isolated aft, this bedroom affords privacy and comfort. Roomy and open with extra large panoramic windows keeps the water views open.
Again, this owner finished this space by removing the portside lounge and replaced it with a dresser with drawers and wine storage. Additional storage is in the starboard side dresser, wardrobe, and under bed drawers.
The EnSuite bathroom private and spacious.
Forward is the private VIP Stateroom complete with EnSuite bathroom. Lots of storage with above berth cabinets, below berth drawers and two wardrobes. A very nice space for your first guests.
Nuestro Amor offers the sleeping and living space for up to eight guests. In addition to the Master and VIP, the two guest staterooms afford sleeping for two and more storage. The starboard stateroom has twin berths and provides EnSuite access to the third bathroom that doubles as your day head. Portside is arrange as bunks. Both rooms have large wardrobes.
Access the engine room is in the cockpit sole. Dividing the mechanical room from the engine room gives clean, easy access to the engines and systems crucial to the operation. Stand up space and room all around the engines makes services easier and less expensive.
Entering into the engine room you see the care this owner takes in keeping the mechanics on the yacht at first rate. You are greeted by a very clean space that gets constant attention by a very proud captain that keeps her clean.
The Caterpillar C18's rated at 1150 HP have 1020 hours and are maintained at 100 hour oil changes (approx.) This owner stays ahead of breakdowns with preventive maintenances as recommended.

Princess designed the mechanical areas as separate spaces; engines and electrical systems are kept apart via bulkhead and accesses.

The electrical room is accessed in the aft cockpit sole through an extra large hatch. A very large space containing generator, batteries, Seakeeper Gyro Stabilizer, electrical connection, custom installed twin 50 AMP shore cords on cable reels, and the ASEA universal shore power adapters.
Enough space to store spare equipment and fluids.
With all of the great living spaces Neustro Amor provides, she is still a motor vessel. Well outfitted for ease of use and safety, she has the right equipment for operation.
This experienced owner has added and updated her to his idea of an extended cruiser. In addition to her standard outfit, the anchor road is replaced by all chain. A custom anchor bridle eases the chain action.
The foredecks are recently resurfaced in non-skid.
Princess designed the yacht with the owner/operator in mind as well as outfitting her as a crewed vessel. The crew quarts is design for two with ample space and a fully enclosed head.
This owner captains his own yacht and has made this space into extra storage. Adding a shelf over the forward berth gives additional space. On the berth below is a standup freezer for extended cold storage. The second berth is additional storage while still keeping the head accessible. This will easily convert back fully to crew bunks.
