ISLAND III is a flybridge motor yacht featuring four staterooms with a VIP stateroom forward of the full beam motor room and galley up.  Access to the flybridge is made easy by the custom stairwell from the wheelhouse (cost $20k).  The TV in the salon is hidden in the entertainment center with a lift.  The vessel is powered w/ Detroit Diesel 12V-71TI main engines/REBUILT about 120 Hrs. and two Onan 20 KW generators.  This is the next 70 to sell!  

The Hatteras 70 Motoryacht is designed to meet the needs of the live-aboard yachtsman, the smaller of three guest staterooms has been arranged as a study of office with built-in desk, bookcases, or onboard computer work station.

The master suite has a king-size tapered berth, built-in vanity, his and her dressers, nightstands, walk-in wardrobe, a stereo system, and a private head with whirlpool bath and shower. This stateroom is accessed by a stairwell from the salon.

All other guest accommodations are forward of the walk-in engine room. In addition to the guest suite with queen bed and private head, there is a guest stateroom with twin berths and an adjoining head with a stall shower that also serves as a day head. The bow stateroom with upper and lower berths and private head also with stall shower.

The main deck, the enclosed pilothouse gives access to the flying bridge, side decks, and the galley area. Included in galley space is a U-shaped dinette, four-burner cooktop, refrigerator/freezer, food center, and dishwasher. 

The spacious salon measures 24 feet in length, with a usable 310 square feet, providing space for comfortable dining and lounging areas, At the forward end of the salon is a built-in entertainment center complete with color television and stereo system. There is an L-shaped wet bar with a sink, icemaker, and bottle storage.
