The Regulator 28 is a powerful full-transom fishing machine with
a flush cockpit, generous storage, and an aggressive deep-V hull
with a sharp bow entry. Arguably the top dog in her class (and
the company's best-selling model), the muscular styling, serious
performance, and yacht-class fit and finish of the Regulator
28 put her in a league of her own. Standard features include
cushioned front seats with fish boxes under, in-floor fishbox/
rod storage (forward), anchor locker, folding rear seat, forward
console cooler seat, transom livewell, leaning post with livewell
and tackle center, recessed bow rails, Armstrong engine bracket,
dive ladder, raw-water washdown, cockpit bolsters, transom fish
box, glove box, and transom door. Note the well-flared bow and
wide forward gunwales. The walk-in console contains a marine
head, opening port, and standing headroom. A fiberglass T-top and
deluxe livewell/tackle center are popular options. Known for her
