BLUEWATER V is an exceptionally well maintained 2004 American Tug 34 that recently arrived for brokerage after a flawless 800 mile trip from Southwest Harbor, ME. She has been meticulously maintained by very knowledgeable owners who have decided to retire from boating. Her features include a Cummins 380 HP electronic common rail diesel engine, Northern Lights 6kW generator, bow and stern thrusters, solar panels, Starlink satellite system, Tanner stainless steel stern davit and Highfield aluminum hull rigid Hypalon Inflatable with electric-start 9.9 HP Tohatsu four-stroke engine. Her exterior finish is gorgeous with Aristo Blue Awlcraft and beautifully polished white gel-cote protected from the elements in a heated shed most of the year. Her engine room and bilges are spotless and she shows very well. Easy to see in our under cover, fresh water showrooms at Atlantic Yacht Basin on the Intracoastal Waterway just 12 miles south of Norfolk, VA. OUTSTANDING!

This pilot house design divides the interior into three areas: pilot house above deck with below deck owners' cabin forward and galley/saloon aft. The steering station is to starboard behind an ample sturdy trawler-style windshield, with side doors port and starboard for full ventilation and easy access to the side decks. High bulwarks, solid rails and grabrails make moving around on deck safe and secure. The single stateroom layout below features a centerline queen berth, two opening portlights, opening hatch overhead and generous drawer, locker and under bed storage. Head is aft with vanity, sink, spacious stall shower with glass door, Vacuflush toilet, opening portlight and teak and holly cabin sole. Up four steps to the pilot house where the helm station has excellent sightlines for docking or picking up a mooring, ample room for charts and electronics and bench seats which seat four in comfort. Down three steps to the saloon, the L-shaped galley is aft to starboard and the L-shaped settee along the port side converts to a double berth when needed. The main salon has six windows, three of them opening for excellent cross-ventilation. The aft door opens directly to a deep cockpit. Headroom in the salon is 6'5", 6'7" on the aft deck and 6'8" in the pilothouse and master stateroom and 6'4" in the shower. The master stateroom berth length is 6'5". Light and airy interior with all cabinetry and trim finished in hand rubbed teak. NICE!
BLUEWATER V is one of the best equipped and finest maintained American Tug 34's that is available on the market today. Her very knowledgeable sellers owned a previous AT34 which we sold for them years ago and they found that no other boat came close to the fit, finish and true quality, so they purchased this one from long time cruising companions that were retiring from boating. They knew that she was exceptional and have only improved her over the years. This is your opportunity to own a fully equipped and expertly maintained American Tug 34 that just arrived on an 800 mile trip from Southwest Harbor, ME with no issues. She is easy to see in our fresh water, under cover showrooms at Atlantic Yacht Basin on the Intracoastal Waterway just 12 miles south of Norfolk, VA. OPPORTUNITY!
