The balanced rudder assists in less energy from skipper to helm the boat and further is a tremendous indicator of the "FAST" nature of this beautiful design. The 13' 3" beam adds to the room and the stiffness of the boat to say the least.
Nicely equipped, she has a 2 air conditioning system, refrigeration, 2 heads, 2 showers, huge aft berth, a large galley with corian counter tops and cushions in lovely condition. Less than 400 hours on the diesel estimated.
If you need a tax deduction, remember this yacht qualifies as a 2nd home and in most cases the note is tax deductible. If 110k were borrowed the resulting note would be approximately 903.00 per month. Very affordable ! Might even consider a smaller boat in trade - - at least we can try.
