Designed by Bruce Farr, the Beneteau 44 CC has been constructed to provide all the strength and comfort needed for long distance voyages. The decor is polished, sea going, and comfortable. The interior has been designed to respond to the needs of every sailor, including an enormous owner's suite with separate shower and tub in the adjoining head.

This sailing yacht is as remarkable for her performance as for her elegance and comfort. Bruce Farr's powerful hull, the efficient sail plan and the high-tech lead bulb-wing keel guarantee performance under sail that is out of the ordinary. Her six-cylinder engine will silently take over and power her along at an impressive cruising speed. 

A major overhaul on the boat last year was done with more than 65k invested. the boat is in great shape and ready to go. There are tons of extras, a paddle board, parts for the engine and the panda generator, extra blocks for running rigging, and a net to be installed on the lifelines if the new owners have children or pets, the net is new never installed.
