As can be seen in the pictures, this motor-yacht has been very well maintained and equipped by its owners of 20-years, and it is particularly turn-key outfitted for comfortable and extended time at anchor while enjoying favorite spots along the reefs in Belize!

Notable:

Entire topside repainted 2022 - looks fantastic! Beautiful craftsman-grade solid teak cabin sole - not original. Excellent hardtop on flybridge w/ solar panels atop. Both 12v and 120v wiring entirely replaced in 2017!

Propulsion:

Two Detroit Diesel 6-71s were completely overhauled in 2004, now with less than 4000hrs - both have 504 Velvet Drive transmissions. Cruise is 8-9kts @ 4GPH. Autopilot controllers at both helms. 600-gallons of fuel in four rebuilt 150-gallon tanks. Two spare propshafts & two spare 28" propellers are aboard.

Ground tackle:

45# Delta primary w/ 175' of stainless-steel 5/16" chain. 55# CQR secondary w/ chain(replace) and rode. Lewmar electric windlass. Appropriate fenders and a large inventory of dock and other lines.

Electrical:

Reliable 9KW generator that has been completely overhauled, 2500-watt inverter/charger, separate 50A battery charger, 480-watts of solar power, 100-amp alternators on each main engine, and a house service bank of four 8D size AGM batteries (2019).

Fishing and Diving Gear includes:

Bauer compressor for filling scuba tanks, plus an Air Line hooka system. Six tanks (current hydro), 2 BCDs, masks/fins, weights, spear-fishing guns, plus a complete inventory of deep sea fishing equipment and large assortment of fishing tackle.

Livability:

A complete and modern galley includes door-access Frigidaire freezer/fridge plus chest freezer/fridge, separate 120v & propane cooktops, microwave & toaster ovens, and extensive cookware, dishes, etc. Comfortable fore and aft cabins w/ensuite electric heads (aft has separate shower), and the salon couch offers a fold-out bed. There is a recently rebuilt 180-gallon water tank and a 20GPH watermaker, plus 120-gallon holding tank.
