This yacht was designed by German Frers and built by Nautor (Swan). Swan sailboats continue to set the standard for luxury boat building and design to this day.This boat has been through two major refits in the last 8 years and it shows. Previous owner replaced the teak decks and re-powered with a new Volvo engine in 2014 during a full restoration with KKMI, one of the premiere boat yards in San Francisco. And the current owner has gone to great lengths to make the boat blue water capable.The boat features 4G wireless connectivity and a satellite phone to keep you connected remotely to work and social media while out on the water. And the newly installed B&G H5000 electronic navigation package ($80k+) is top of the line with massive color touchscreen displays.Above the deck- Mast was pulled, painted, rewired, with spreader and under boom lights installed. All the standing rigging was inspected and serviced and all the lines and running rigging are new. New baby stay and staysail were fitted, awnings and biminis were custom sewn, and a new full battened main and leisure furling boom were installed. And a new 12ft Caribe dinghy was also custom fitted to the deck.Below deck- Literally every system on the boat was replaced or refurbished and the whole boat was re-wired and re-plumbed. Hydraulic boom vang, backstay, and lifting keel systems were all rebuilt. New generator was installed, fridges and freezers were recharged and serviced, and bow thruster was rebuilt. Owner specced a new state of the art electroscan waste sanitation system which was installed at both fore and aft heads. She has a well appointed galley and lots of room and privacy even for a large crew.This boat is literally ready to sail around the world.
