LUNAR's engine room is easily accessed through a "swing style" cockpit door and is an open, bright spacious space that is well lit, offers good acces to the equipment housed in the engine room.  Propulsion powered is provide by a twin CAT 3406 800HP 596.5KW diesels. The engines cooling systems, inlcuding heat exchangers, aftercoolers, fuel coolers and oil cooolers have all been serviced! New water pumps have also been installed.
