This is a Cheoy Lee 55 motor yacht was extended to a 67. The aft extension was added in 1985 by Bradford Marine in Ft Lauderdale, it was supervised by Charles Wittholz. Charles Wittholz was the original designer for this Cheoy Lee model. This extension gave approximately 1000 extra gallons of fuel enabling this vessel to be a trans-Atlantic. Requires an extra seacock when next hauled.GeneralHuge amount of tools, spares and equipment.Both engines have had a major rebuild, although this work was done in 2006 by the previous owner they have only done 300+ hrs since. They were removed from vessel for bare block overhaul. Both engines bored out .020 and oversize pistons fitted. Also new piston rings, bearings and recondition rods Crankshafts ground and +010? bearings fitted on rods and mains. Cylinder heads were reconditioned and resurfaced with new valves and guides etc. All hoses were replaced and all ancillary equipment overhauled or replaced. Props are 4 blade 23x32 bronze.The Both Twin disc transmission were removed and sent away and rebuilt with a 2.96 to 1 ratio. Also at this time the onan generators were replaced with new Powertech 10kw & 17.5kw again these have hardly been used and only done over 300 hrs.
