INTRODUCTION:
The Hunt Yachts Surfhunter 29 is designed by C. Raymond Hunt and Associates for superior handling characteristics below the waterline and timeless beauty above. She easily gobbles up sporty seas from Buzzards Bay to Hatteras. Her thoughtful interior arrangement affords ample room for a weekend here and there and her pilothouse is thoughtfully laid out as well. This example has the coveted (and optional) Volvo diesel for long life, fuel economy and reliability.

Next aft is the L-shaped cushioned settee incorporating the front of the engine box. A full-width, forward-facing cushioned settee is at the transom, opposite an aft facing seat on the engine box.
Helm Station
The Helm station is to starboard and offers excellent visibility either standing or sitting in the XR helm chair with flip-up bolster. All controls are within easy reach and logically laid out. The electrical breaker panel is outboard of the helm seat.
NAVIGATION / ELCTRONICS EQUPMENT
All electronics and navigation systems are flush mount installed in the helm console in a logical, easy to see and reach location.
ACCOMMODATIONS BELOW:
Through the forward folding cuddy companionway door is the spacious cabin finished in white gelcoat with cherry trim. Accommodations for two include a V-berth with cushions upholstered in tan fabric with blue piping, full galley to port, and spacious head to starboard. The below decks accommodations on the Surfhunter 29 are extremely well thought out and offer excellent utilization of space for weekends and light cruising.

A full-length V-Berth with filler provides ample sleeping space for two. A large Lewmar overhead hatch with screen and three Lewmar opening ports with screens provide excellent natural ventilation.
Head- starboard
The large, full stand-up head is aft to starboard and features a large Corian vanity, plenty of storage, and an opening port with screen. There is also a solar powered ventilator overhead for continuous passive ventilation. The telescoping fixture at the sink hangs on the bulkhead along with a removable shower curtain to convert the space into a shower. The molded nonskid shower pan is easy to clean and features an automatic sump pump.
