ACT THREE Boat for Sale

Since purchasing her in 2018, the current owners have put over $100,000 in upgrades and have enjoyed sailing the East Coast and escaping the cold Pennsylvania winters by living aboard in the islands. Now they are ready to move on to adventures on land.

Act Three lives like a much larger catamaran. There is 6’1” headroom in the cabins and 6’4” in the saloon. Cockpit and Salon cushions were recovered in 2020. The starboard hull is dedicated to the owners with a forward head including a Jabsco electric macerating toilet, shower, full sized sink and full length mirror. There is loads of storage midships and a queen size berth in the aft cabin with locker, drawers, shelving and hanging closet. The guest accommodations are in the port hull with a double berth fwd, head midships with a Jabsco electric macerating toilet, shower and full size sink and queen size berth in the aft cabin. Guests have plenty of storage including a hanging locker, shelved locker and drawers. All closet doors have Beechwood open lattice facing for improved air circulation.

Three 12v fans, one in each cabin and two CruiseAir units keep the interior cool throughout. 14 Lewmar port lights with trim and screens and 4 Lewmar hatches with trim, Lewmar Roller Screens and Sunscreens keep the fresh air flowing. 4 large viewing windows are protected by exterior sunscreens to help keep the daytime heat out.

The Cockpit has a Captain’s seat for two.  The large table and seating make outdoor living a pleasure.  Act Three has a full cockpit enclosure and a sun awning for over the living quarters of the boat for those lazy days at anchor.  The trampolines were recently restrung with Dyneema lacing and provide the perfect spot for sundowners as you watch for the elusive green flash.

This Admiral Executive has been meticulously maintained and thoughtfully upgraded. Regular maintenance and annual haulouts have provided us with a very dependable vessel. A detailed maintenance document is available upon request and spares for several systems are included.
