ACCOMMODATIONS
The exceptional teak joinery work creates a very warm and inviting interior that features ample storage and comfortable areas for the crew and guests. All the details have been addressed - great ventilation, ample safety rails and a beautiful teak and holly cabin floor with secured locking latches. A bulkhead mounted dining table provides ample dining space and stows flush to provide additional salon space. The Cruiseair A/C - Heater keeps the cabin comfortable year round.
Down below the salon features a comfortable arrangement for the crew and guests. Along the starboard side is a setee that converts into a double berth. On the port side of the salon is a straight setee which will also double as an adult sleeping berth.
The U-shaped galley is designed to make food prep easy and safe while underway. Across from the galley is the forward facing navigation station which features a large chart table and a comfortable seat with easy access to chart plotter, VHF radio, SSB radio, and other critical navigation equipment. In the port aft corner of the boat is a large quarter berth that makes for a perfect berth while underway. The well ventilated head with shower is located forward along the starboard side with a Jabsco electric head. The forward stateroom has a double sleeping area, two large lockers, additional storage compartments and a seat with a dressing area. Multiple fans are located throughout the interior for added comfort.
The exterior features wide side decks with 5" tall bulwarks and tall stanchions for added safety. All sail control lines are led aft to the cockpit, plus the self-bailing cockpit has safety harness padeyes. Safety was first and foremost in the design of the Pacific Seacraft.

Disclosure: The vessel incurred some damage in Hurricane Michael (10/2018). The same surveyor was assigned by the underwriters at interest to attend and report. The scope of the damage included damages in the teak rub rail along the starboard side, damage to the teak bulwark / cap rail along most of the starboard side, abrasions in the blue painted sheer detail along the starboard side and a loose section of the stainless steel rub rail required replacement. Additional damage included bent chainplates, bent turnbuckles, bent bow railing and damage to 3 lifeline stanchions.
The above-listed damages were subsequently repaired by the owner then inspected by the original surveyor. The report is available upon request.
