ANNDRIANNA is a custom 92’ Rayburn and features a four stateroom plus two
crew stateroom configuration.
The Main Salon is located all the way aft on the Main Deck. It has large fixed
windows with electric blinds port and starboard with a hinged locking door with
glass panel out to the Aft Deck. The Main Salon is divided fore and aft with the
dining area forward and the sitting area aft.
The dining area is primarily to port and has a large round varnished wood table
on fixed pedestal mount with 6 loose chairs. Forward is a serving buffet and
display cabinet with storage for silver, china and crystal. Opposite to starboard
is a second serving buffet with granite countertop and additional storage.
Outboard is a carpeted curved stairway down to the Master Stateroom.
All the way aft is the Salon. The Salon has a full size couch, large coffee table
with storage and four loose chairs. Outboard is a cabinet with TV lift. All the
way aft is a locker with all of the Salon audio/video equipment:
All the way forward on the Main Deck is the Country Kitchen. The Country
Kitchen has well varnished teak and holly soles with semi-gloss mahogany
wood paneling and cabinetry. Forward is a 5-panel raked windshield below
which is a U-shaped upholstered lounge with finished wood table on fixed
pedestal mount. Port and starboard are fixed windows and dogged and
gasketed locking doors out to the port and starboard side decks.
Entertainment is provided to the galley and dining settee area via a Vizio 28”
LED TV interfaced with a DirectTV satellite TV System on a NEW electric dropdown
lift 11/2024 from the overhead interfaced into the DirectTV satellite TV system, the
Salon Sirius satellite radio and the Salon Blu-Ray DVD player via a Universal
remote model #MX-780 multifunction remote control.
Starboard side forward is a carpeted curved stairway down to the galley. Aft of
here to starboard is a stairway up to the enclosed bridge and sky lounge.
Underneath the stairway is the day head. The day head has a granite
countertop vanity with under mount sink and a Raritan electric toilet with heated floors. All the way
aft centerline is the entry to the Main Salon. To port aft is the Galley area.
The Galley area has granite countertops with a center island. All the way
outboard is a dual under mount stainless steel sink with Waste King garbage
disposal unit.
The Master Stateroom is accessed via a carpeted curved stairway down from
the Salon starboard side to a marble tile foyer. All the way forward is entry into
the Master Stateroom.
The Master Stateroom has a queen size berth in a fore and aft arrangement off
of the forward bulkhead. At the bed are twin nightstands with reading lamps. In
the hull side are polished stainless steel framed dogged and gasketed port lights
fit with hinged deadlights. Underneath the bed are storage drawers. Port side
forward is a L-shaped settee. Starboard side forward is a makeup desk with
flip-up mirrored top and loose stool. Also located at the desk is a Simrad model
#IS15 multifunction speed, depth, wind and nav display. Starboard side is entry
into a walk-in cedar lined closet. Aft of the closet is a built-in set of chest of
drawers also the Owner's safe.
Entertainment is provided to the via the following:
All the way forward to starboard is entry into the Master Stateroom enclosed
head. The enclosed head has a marble countertop vanity with dual under mount
sinks, a Raritan electric toilet, and an enclosed shower with tile floor and marble
tile walls. In the hull side is a polished stainless steel framed dogged and
gasketed opening port light with hinged deadlight. The marble tile soles in the
Master Stateroom head are heated. All the way inboard is a towel and linen
storage locker.
Located all the way forward on the lower deck is the forward guest area. The
forward guest area is accessed by a carpeted curved stairway starboard side
down from the Country Kitchen. At the bottom of the stairway is a marble sole
foyer. Starboard side is a laundry center with a Maytag dryer and a Maytag
washing machine. Forward off of this foyer is entry into the VIP stateroom. Aft
is a second set of carpeted stairways leading aft to the port and starboard mid
guest staterooms. Port side are storage lockers.
The VIP Stateroom has a queen size berth in a fore and aft arrangement off of
the forward bulkhead. At the berth are twin built-in nightstands with reading
lamps. In the hull sides are polished stainless steel fixed port lights with hinged
deadlights behind Shoji screens. In the house sides port and starboard are built-in
chest of drawers. Underneath the bed are additional storage drawers. Port
and starboard aft are cedar lined hanging lockers. In the overhead is a painted
aluminum framed glass dogged and gasketed hatch to the foredeck.
Entertainment is provided by a 31” Vizio LED flat screen TV interfaced to the
satellite TV system and a Samsung Blue-ray DVD player operated via a
Universal model #MX-780 multifunction remote.
Portside aft is entry into the enclosed head. The enclosed head has a marble
countertop vanity with under mount sink, twin medicine cabinets, a Raritan toilet
and a glass enclosed shower with tile floor and marble tile walls. The tile soles in
the VIP stateroom head are heated.
The Port Mid Guest Stateroom has a queen size berth in an athwartships
arrangement off of the hull side. At the berth are twin built-in nightstands with
reading lamps. In the hull sides are twin polished stainless steel dogged and
gasketed port lights fit with hinged deadlights. Underneath the bed are storage
drawers. Forward and inboard is a cedar lined hanging locker.
Entertainment is provided to this cabin via a 31” Vizio LED flat screen TV

doorway are teak steps on lift up stainless steel frame which lead to a crew
lounge. Underneath the stairway is a lift out dogged and gasketed freeman
hatch into the steering compartment. All the way forward centerline is a quick
acting dogged and gasketed door with round viewing window into the Engine
Room. All the way forward to starboard of the Engine Room entry door is a
dive locker with dive bottle storage rack, wet suit and BC hanging rack, and a
Brownies Bauer Third Lung dive compressor on a Genesis soft start.
To starboard aft is the Crew Lounge area. The Crew Lounge area has an L-shaped
upholstered settee with finished wood table on fixed polished stainless
steel pedestal mount. Forward is a small galley with Corian countertop with
stainless steel sink, a Maytag undercounter refrigerator with icebox, and a
Panasonic microwave. Starboard side outboard are two Headhunter model
#WTS1100 LED tank level indicators – one for the black water tank and one for
the gray water tank – and one Headhunter model #TS2500 LED tank level
indicator for the potable water tank. There is a small hatch at the lounge
providing access to the shore power boost transformer manual boost selector
switches. Down low is a void accessed by a hatch to the Charles Iso-Boost
transformer. Entertainment is provided to the Crew Lounge via a Sharp Aquos
20” LED TV with a DirectTV HD satellite TV receiver.
Starboard side forward is a Crew Cabin. The Crew Cabin has a single berth in a
fore and aft arrangement along the hull side. Underneath the berth are storage
drawers. In the hull side is a polished stainless steel framed dogged and
gasketed opening port light with hinged deadlight. All the way aft is a storage
cabinet. Forward inboard is a cedar lined hanging locker. Entertainment is
provided to the starboard Crew Cabin via a Sharp Aquos 25” LCD TV with
DirectTV satellite TV receiver.
All the way port side in the crew quarters is the port crew cabin. The port crew
cabin has a full size berth in a fore and aft arrangement along the hull side.
Underneath the berth are storage drawers. In the hull side are storage cabinets
and a polished stainless steel framed dogged and gasketed port light. All the
way aft and inboard is a cedar lined hanging locker. Entertainment is provided
to the port crew cabin via an AOC 19” LED HD TV with DirecTV satellite TV
receiver.
All the way forward is a shared head. The shared head has a second door into
the crew lounge passageway. The crew shared head has a Corian countertop
vanity with mirrored medicine cabinet, stainless steel sink, Raritan electric toilet,
and enclosed shower.
The Wheelhouse and Sky Lounge is accessed from the inside via a stairway
starboard side up from the Country Kitchen. The Wheelhouse and Sky Lounge
has a 5-paneled raked windshield forward with fixed windows port, starboard
and aft. All five forward window panels have windshield wipers with wash. In the
house sides port and starboard are dogged and gasketed locking doors out to
the upper deck walkways. All the way aft is a dogged and gasketed locking
hinged door out to the boat deck and upper aft deck.
The Sky Lounge and Wheelhouse has teak and holly soles. All the way forward
is the helm console. At the helm console is a pair of Stidd upholstered helm
chairs on polished stainless steel adjustable pedestal mounts with adjustable
footrests, armrests and backrests.
Starboard side midships is a nav desk with chart storage drawers, a stool and
an HP Photosmart printer/scanner/copier/fax machine.
Starboard side aft is a bar area with granite countertop with stainless steel sink.
In the bar is a U-Line under counter bin type ice machine and a Sub Zero model
#UC-24R undercounter refrigerator.
Port side aft is the Sky Lounge sitting area. The Sky Lounge sitting area has a
couch, two loose chairs, a cocktail table, and a side table with a lamp.
Entertainment is provided to the Wheelhouse Sky Lounge via a Vizio 31” LED
TV interfaced into the DirectTV satellite TV system or the Salon A/V system via
a Universal remote model #MX-980 multifunction audio visual remote.
Painted aluminum arch and mast. On the sides of the hardtop are the red and
green running lights. Seen on top of the arch and mast is the following:
Both upper deck wing stations and both aft deck driving stations each have the

The painted nonskid decks of the foredeck are protected by waist high boxed
bulwarks, upon which is a well varnished teak cap rail. In the bulwarks are large
freeing ports and a pair of polished stainless steel fairleads with ram’s horn
cleats. All the way in the bow is a U-shaped bench seating with cushions and
cover. Aft of the U-shaped bench seat is a removable varnished teak table on
stainless steel hoop rails fit into sockets in the deck. Below the table is the Muir anchor windlass
and anchor chute. Aft centerline is the forward housetop. In the front end of the
forward housetop is a bench seat with cushions and covers. To starboard of
the bench seat is a forward shore power station locker with 100-amp shore cord
on electric shore cord reel. In the sides of the forward housetop port and
starboard are hinged doors into small bosun’s lockers. Seen inside the port
bosun’s locker is a forward fire station with hose, nozzle, and pump switch. Aft
of the forward housetop is a 5-panel windshield to the country kitchen. Above
the windshield is a brow. Centerline in the brow is a Carlisle and Finch remote
operated polished stainless steel searchlight.
The forepeak is accessed via a quick acting dogged and gasketed hinged flush
hatch port side on the foredeck. The forepeak is lit with a single DC spotlight.
The forepeak is painted white. Inside is a split chain bin with Star board floors.
Note: Only the starboard side is utilized for the chain. The starboard side chain
bin is unlined. The chain bin drains over the starboard side above waterline.
Muir hydraulic windlass motor and gearbox and a stainless steel spurling pipe.
Also seen in the forepeak is a tethered remote for the anchor windlass and
potable water outlets.
220-lb. Manson galvanized steel plow type anchor swivel shackled to a reported
400’ of ½” galvanized chain. The anchor is housed in a stainless steel anchor
chute through the stem. In the anchor chute is a pair of nylon rollers. The anchor
is hauled via a Muir model #4500 4,500-lb. hydraulic anchor (rebuilt 10/2024 w/new clutches) windlass with
vertical capstan head, stripping bar, clutch wildcat, hand brake, and chain
stopper. Rigged off of the chain stopper is an adjustable stainless steel chain
snubber.
(New teak 8/2023)Teak overlay decks. Recessed in the port and starboard transom corners are
port and starboard line handling stations each with a polished stainless steel
cleat, polished stainless steel fairlead, and a pair of 24-volt DC line handling
capstans. In the deck at each station is a flush footswitch. Port and starboard
below each line handling station is a locker. Inside the starboard locker is the aft
shore power station with 100-amp shore power cord on a Glendinning electric
shore cord reel and a telephone and TV receptacle. Inside the port side locker
is a potable water shower station with telescoping showerhead, a hot and cold
faucet, a potable water outlet spigot, and a dockside water fill through the water
softener. Inside the base of the second step up starboard side is a secondary
shore power station locker with 100-amp shore cord receptacle. Centerline in
the back of the transom is a quick acting dogged and gasketed door into the
crew area. Four underwater lights.
The teak overlay decks of the main aft deck are protected via low boxed bulwarks varnished teak cap rails and polished stainless steel handrails. The overhead of the main aft deck is protected by the boat deck overhang. In the overhang is lighting, a pair of stereo speakers, a pair of spotlights for the swim platform, and a CCTV camera in a plastic dome.
Starboard side forward are teak overlay steps to a painted aluminum framed Plexiglas hinged up hatch to the boat deck. To port is a bar area with granite countertop with stainless steel sink. Underneath are storage cabinets and a U-Line undercounter refrigerator. Inside one of the cabinets is a fire station with hose and nozzle. In the back of the house port and starboard are the aft deck driving stations. All the way aft centerline is a seating area. The seating area has two varnished tables allowing easy access to a large bench seat with cushions and cover. Inside the bench seat is a storage locker. At the aft deck seating is a pair of varnished custom inlaid teak tables on polished stainless steel fixed pedestal mounts. At the table are four teak deck chairs. Port and starboard of the aft deck seating are teak overlay curved stairways down to the swim platform. Port and starboard aft deck control stations.
Painted nonskid decks. The upper aft deck and boat deck is accessed via a
teak overlay stairway up from the aft deck starboard side and through a glass
hatch on gas assist. Off the back of the house is a kerf channel for a sunshade
to a pair of stainless steel poles in the port and starboard aft corners of the
upper aft deck and at the forward end of the boat deck. To port is a built-in
bench seat with storage. At the bench seat is a varnished teak table on polished
stainless steel adjustable pedestal mount. To port is a chrome ship’s bell. Port
and starboard aft are sun pads. Centerline is a bar and barbecue area. The bar
has a granite countertop with granite bar top. In the bar is a stainless steel sink
and faucet and a pair of Kenyon electric grills. Underneath the bar is a storage
cabinet.
The tender is launched and retrieved by a Steelhead model #SM1900R hydraulic davit with full hydraulic extension, luff, and rotation. The tender has a 3-point Spectra lifting bridle. Rebuilt 9/2024
Port and starboard are Revere 6-person canistered life rafts on stainless steel cradles with hydrostatic releases. Centerline off the back of the boat deck is a varnished teak flagstaff and the stern light.
2004 Novurania 14' PKD with F60 Yamaha outboard with apprx. 400 hours
The engine room is accessed by quick acting dogged and gasketed hinged doors forward and aft each with round viewing ports. The engine room is fully insulated behind painted perforated sheathing and finished with polished aluminum diamond plate panels on composite deck plates supported on welded aluminum frames with lift out sections as needed. It is well lit with AC and DC fluorescent overhead light fixtures. Stainless steel handrails are fitted to the main engines.
The engine room is air conditioned with a dedicated chill water fan cool unit to port in the overhead. Engine room ventilation is provided by a fully automatic temperature and pressure compensated Delta T ventilation system with distribution ducted variable speed AC electric axial flow intake fans located port and starboard forward and two variable speed AC electric axial flow ducted exhaust fans port and starboard aft. Each fan is fit with a spring loaded self closing shutter flap and shutdown operated by the fire system. The intake fans take supply from the port and starboard main side deck overheads through Munter type demisters.
Engine room bilge pumping is provided by the central bilge pumping system pickup with strainer foot forward and by a 24-volt DC Rule 3,700-gallon per hour submersible automatic/manual bilge pump on USS two-stage float switch with high level alarm monitored by the ship’s monitoring system. The engine room bilge is further monitored by an Aqua-Eye remote notification system with separate float switch. The system automatically sends an SMS text message to designated cellular telephones.
The engine room is further monitored by rate of rise heat detectors and by
forward mounted aft facing fixed adjustable closed circuit cameras one each
port and starboard. Engine fire suppression is provided by a Chemetron 95-lb.
FM200 automatic/manual clean agent fire suppression system with safety
shutdown interlock system and overhead mounted fire alarm strobe and siren.
The system pull is located outside the aft engine room door. There is a Fireboy
engine shutdown override and system status panel located at the pilothouse
helm.
(2) Caterpillar model C30 freshwater cooled turbo charged marine diesel
engines each rated for 1,550-hp at 2300 RPM. The main engines are isolation
mounted to the main longitudinals with Vulkan rubber mounts on welded
aluminum stringer caps and risers. ZF model ZF2250 marine reversing gears.

The main engines are 24-volt DC start off dedicated battery banks located in
the engine room. Each engine belt drives a 24-volt DC alternator. PTO driven
off of each reversing gear is a central hydraulic system pump with piggybacked
Eaton/Vickers steering pump. Duplex banks of Racor model #75/1000MAX fuel
filter water separators with fire shields, service selector valves, and pressure
vacuum service gauges. Main engine control is ZF Clear Command Electronic.
Exhaust is DeAngelo hard coated insulated risers. Each main engine has electric block heaters. The risers are supported back to the deck via rubber
isolated stainless steel adjustable struts. The main engines and reversing gears
are serviced by the oil change system. The main engines are provided with
Caterpillar premium gauge panels with digital tachometer, analog oil pressure,
analog fuel pressure, analog oil temperature, and jacket water temperature. In
addition, there are local starts and emergency stops with diagnostic panels with
analog hour meters located in the engine room.
(2) Northern Lights model #M984W-33KW naturally aspirated marine diesel
electric generators single isolation mounted inside full factory sound shields.
The generators are each rated at 33-kW, 60-hz, single phase, 1800 RPM,
120/240-volt AC, 137/275 amps.

Banjo composite trash pump with hydraulic drive motor off the central
hydraulic system providing for emergency bilge pumping through a labeled
manifold or to the fire main system with two on deck fire stations with
hydrants, hose, and vari nozzles. Pump control is by a local switch in the
engine room or remotely at each fire station. The bilge manifold includes
bilge suctions for the following: Forward, Guest, Master & Crew Staterooms / Engine room and Lazarette.
The forward engine room foyer is fully finished out with simulated teak and holly
sole, and high pressure laminate overhead and wallcoverings. It is monitored by
an overhead smoke detector and well lit with overhead lighting. Forward is a
fully finished out gasketed heavy latched sound insulated hinged door to the aft
guest lower foyer. Aft is the quick acting dogged and gasketed hinged door with
round viewing port to the engine room.
