The spacious galley just forward offers a fully updated kitchen with newer appliances with trash compactor and dishwasher with a dinette adjacent.  The owner's stateroom is located aft via a separate staircase and boasts a king bed with ensuite head and walk in closet. There is also a full sized washer and dryer stack in a separate closet. Two beautifully appointed guest staterooms and heads are forward. The upper flybridge has a  enclosed Strataglass windscreen so it can be open air with protection underway. It has plenty of guest seating with sink and refrigerator. There is also a patio style sun deck with included dinghy and hoist. Johnson makes a comfortable and luxurious motor yacht with four staterooms, four heads and showers. It has one of the best layouts for entertaining that we have seen, with a HUGE covered aft deck and an easy flow from the salon and galley. The Johnson 70 had a decade plus production run and is very popular due to its enormous exterior and interior volume and fast performance. It is a Bill Dixon design, who has produced many successful production and custom builds over the last 27 years.
