FREE TIME was manufactured in 1989 by Johnson Yachts in collaboration with world-renowned naval architect, Bill Dixon as the “50 Euro” model. She is a flybridge motor yacht with 2 cabins and two heads. The VIP cabin is locate all the way forward of the port side galley down and the starboard side dinette that converts into a sleeping area for 2 people. The master cabin is full beam all away aft and at midship is the salon. She sleeps a total of 6 people. FREE TIME had 3 owners, the second one caring for her for 30 years.
About 2 years ago the 3rd and current owner majorly refitted the interior and exterior of the vessel during a period of 8 months at Hemingway’s Boatyard in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida.
She has a LOA of 56.6 and is powered by twin Detroit Diesel engines 6V92 with 550 HP each at 2300 rpm with 2300 hours. The on board electric power is provided by one 12.5KW Onan generator with 2500 original hours. The Beam is 16’ and the Air Draft 18’.
