1987 - Hull laid in France, built for export (US power), interior designed and completed in Dania Beach, FL. Built to be 90ft with no swim platform.1987-2009 - two private owners who took great pride in ownership2005 - extensive refit, Swim Platform extension, engines completely rebuilt2009 - galley fire, insurance sail, purchased by current owners2009-2011 rebuild - all new interior, helms, galley, electrical, lighting, plumbing.2011-ongoing - high end private charter service, day and term charters in NYC and New England, professional fleet maintenance and continual cosmetic updating.

Vessel is documented as both "Coastwise" and "Recreational" with the USCG. MARAD Waiver in place. Fully legal for 12 paying passengers.

Hull and superstructure: Kevlar over Balsa core, strong and lightweight. Any areas with moistures (around windows, etc.) have been extensively replaced with honeycomb or solid PVC. Fully repainted in 2020 with Imron paint to yacht standards.

Machinery: 2x Detroit Diesel 12v92 turbocharged main engines. 2x 32kW Northern Lights generators. Meticulous engine room, shows great pride of ownership. No known issues. Brand new (2024) Vetus 320 48V brushless bowthruster installed, under warranty. 3in shafts and 2 sets of 5blade Nibral propellers. New (2023) Glendenning controllers for throttles and transmissions. Two tanks hold 2800 gallons of diesel.

Crew accommodations - 2 beds and shower/head aft of engine room. Vberth can be used for two additional crew.

Staterooms: Master and VIP have king size bed and full bath. Two guest cabins have each two twin size beds and shower/head. Forward V berth sleeps two additional guests or crew. Eight total heads.

Top deck: good conditional strata glass and stamoid. Nuteak decking. Light-up LED couches and marble fire table.

Continually maintained. Needs nothing. Navionics are 2010.

Eight thru-hull 4in Underwater Lights installed in 2016.

The Detroit Diesel 12V92TI main engines on the “Justine” yacht underwent full zero-hour rebuilds by the previous owner in 2005. The current owners purchased the yacht in 2009 and the main engines had 354 hours on them since the rebuild.

The current owners have detailed records of all cruises, relocations, operations, and maintenance 2009-2025. The main engines currently have about 5500 hours each on them. The hour-meters on the boat represent different, inaccurate numbers due to gauge and cable replacements over time.

From 2009 forward the yacht has been continually maintained and operated responsibly. Oil and filters have been changed every 150 hours with factory spec products. The engines are brought up higher rpms as necessary to clear carbon and lubricate the turbos. The engine room was kept heated in cold weather to avoid cold starts. Major service (gaskets; cleaning all heat exchangers, blowers, and aftercoolers; valve, injector, and governor adjustments) was performed by Florida Detroit Diesel (Fort Pierce) in 2021.

The Northern Lights generators report 9441hours (port) and 9433 hours (starboard). We believe these to be accurate. Major service (all gaskets, injectors, cooling components, repainting) was performed in 2023. Oil and filters have been changed every 150 hours with factory spec products.
