The Hinckley Talaria 29 Runabout was designed by Bruce King to be an elegant runabout with s small cuddy cabin with a simple berth and head.  The cockpit design provides a surprising about of comfortable seating with a folding table for lunch or happy hour and a simple cooler and sink built into the engine box.  Invigoration performance, stunning looks and heirloom quality craftsmanship combine into the perfect day boat.

Construction: 

DECK & HULL:

• Majestic Blue Awlgrip topsides
• Cream Gelcoat with molded in nonskid
• Single Cream bootstripe
• Red Bottom Paint

• Hull is DualGuard™ Composite construction Kevlar® E-glass skin with balsa and Corecell® core carbon fiber inner skin, SCRIMP® with vinylester resin. 
• Deck and cockpit are E-glass with balsa and Corecell® core, SCRIMP® molded with vinylester resin. 
• Hinckley designed heavy-duty fiberglass swim platform has teak insert treads, stainless steel bracket and half round.
• Telescoping, stainless steel, 3-step folding swim ladder stores under swim platform.

DECK:

• Self-draining bow locker for anchor/windlass

• Rounded, tapered, varnished teak toe rail with Hinckley profile
• Stainless steel half-round on fiberglass molded rub rail

COCKPIT:

A full-width, forward-facing cushioned settee is at the transom.  A cushioned, aft-facing settee is molded into the stern side of the engine box next forward.  The teak covered engine box with built-in sink and insulated cooler is convenient to both the aft and forward seating areas.  Next forward is a cushioned L-shaped seating lounge area.  Forward is the helm and navigator dash area as well as the companionway to the forward cuddy cabin.

COCKPIT FORWARD:

• Forward is the Helm Area with Ivory Ultraleather upholstered helm and passenger swivel chairs with blue piping.

• Flush watertight cockpit sole hatch between the seats offers additional storage
• Stereo speakers port and starboard outboard below each shelf.

Port:

• Passenger area has a varnished teak, locking glove box forward of the passenger seat with stainless steel hand rail and carbon fiber face.
• Outboard is a varnished teak shelf with a recessed cup holder. 

Starboard:

The Helm Station features:

• Varnished teak covered dash and helm pods with carbon fiber faces on the helm and passenger dashes.
• 15” Stainless steel steering wheel with varnished wood rim.
• Brand new 2024 Hinckley JetStick system which integrates forward and aft motion, steering, and the bow thruster into a single joystick control
• Engine gauges and controls.
• Windlass helm control with additional plug in removable control in anchor locker.

A comfortable seating and socializing area is just aft from the helm area with an L-shaped inboard and forward-facing curved settee with a varnished teak shelf cap.

MID-COCKPIT:

The varnished teak covered engine box has electric-lift access to the engine area.

• Clarion CM1622-RET marine speakers x (2) pair.  These speakers are powered directly off the stereo head unit.
