If you are looking for a cruising yacht with the following characteristics:
Then the MARY TIME, a 1989 OFFSHORE YACHT will fill the bill and provide a wonderful cruising platform for you and your family.
MARY Time has a superior layout with 2 ensuites,2 large social areas for gathering, and 3 separate outdoor zones for lounging and enjoying life.
Denison Yachting is pleased to assist you in the purchase of this vessel. This boat is centrally listed by Rick Obey Yacht Sales.

MARY TIME is easy to board along each side or via he cockpit. The side boarding gates actually have fold out steps that make for easier boarding.
The cockpit area is great for all sorts of water sports and storage of extra toys. Up to the sundeck area one finds a good sized entertaining area complete with fridge, wet bar and storage.
The command bridge is up 3 steps from the sundeck. There is plentiful seating with relatively new upholstery both port and starboard of the helm seat and the copilot seat. A small table is also located aft of the helm seating. The isinglass enclosure was new in 2020.
Heading into the main saloon, one is immediately struck by how open and filled with natural light this area is. There are large windows providing nearly 270 degrees of visibility. 2 barrel chairs are located to starboard, a L shaped settee with high low varnished expandable table is located to port. The entire yacht has custom window treatments. Accent rugs on teak and holly cabin soles really make MARY TIME a floating home away from home.
Because Bill Crealock the designer wanted as open a layout as possible, the galley is located in a "down" position with no upper bulkhead. There is Tommy Bahama style seating at the breakfast bar between the main saloon and the galley. The lack of upper bulkhead allows for total light and the non separation of the chef from the party.
The galley is well laid out even for the most discerning seagoing chef with a good amount of counter space and sufficient storage.
Continuing forward there is a day /VIP head located to starboard with a large separate shower stall, storage, and electric DELTA head.
All the way forward one finds the VIP stateroom with an offset double berth.
Up and aft of the main saloon one goes down 3 steps to the Master enclave. There is a center lined queen berth with 2 side tables. The best feature is the large hatch directly above the berth that provides incredible light.
The master had as a large separate shower stall, electric DELTA head, storage, linen locker and over head hatch.
The interior of MARY TIME is
MARY TIME has fairly fresh exterior paint that has very good depth and reflecting abilities. Newer upper isinglass keeps the helm entertaining area out of the weather. Newer upholstery blue.
High stainless steel hand rails, wide walk arounds and a cockpit make for very easy line handling, boarding.
The upper aft deck entertaining area is ready for free standing furniture. The wet bar does have storage and a refrigerator. Accent lighting surrounds the upper edge of the hard top.
Freshly painted and well laid out, the engine room on MARY TIME is easy to access through the master stateroom stairs or if needed via removable deck hatches. Abundant lighting makes it easy to know exactly what's going on in your engine room. You can enter and return while wearing your dress whites and be just as spotless as you were upon entering. Truly an unusually well maintained engine room.
