SALON

Entered from the centered aft salon air door, the salon stretches 27 feet forward and includes a formal dining area. There is a new custom floor that provides a bright, modern look.

Immediately upon entering to starboard is a built-in cabinet with three doors to house storage and the salon’s home theater equipment. A new digital A/C controller, Fusion and Lumishore underwater light controls are in this area. Next forward is a cherry TV cabinet with a pop-up 50” Samsung TV.

Further forward is a free-standing game table with (2) high back chairs that can be added to the dining set as needed. On the port side is a cabinet matching the one to starboard but with (2) doors and (4) open shelves for objets d’art.

Next forward is a seating group consisting of a very large, custom Restoration Hardware sectional sofa, ultra-suede club chair and a large, contemporary centered glass coffee table. Either side of the sofa are beautiful end tables and matching table lamps.

Large side windows with new Duette style shades cover the windows as needed. Air conditioning is delivered through a fluted soffit running the length of the area both port and stbd. This area also conceals the beautiful LED accent rope lighting. The ceiling above is panels fastened with Velcro. Overhead are (21) new LED light fixtures, a (5) channel stereo and a heat/fire detector.

STARBOARD SIDE COMPANION WAY

Going forward from the salon, the custom Amtico flooring follows all the way forward on the main deck.

Outboard is a pantograph side deck boarding door and (4) storage cabinets. Inboard is the Day Head, pilothouse steps, Dog House entry and main electrical panel.

DAY HEAD

The Day Head has a bow front vanity with (2) storage cabinets below and a Kohler undermount sink with an Absolute Black granite countertop and new California faucets.

Two new nautical style sconce lights are affixed to the mirror above the sink. All of the fixtures are new. The toilet is a Headhunter model on an Absolute Black granite sole. The walls are high gloss cherry joinery.

VIP FORWARD

Accessed from six newly carpeted steps from the starboard side galley area is the bow VIP. Each step has rope lighting in the tow kick. Along the way down to starboard is a bi-fold door that accesses an Asko separate washer and dryer (new 2025), both front loading. To port is a large storage cabinet for laundry soaps, etc.

At the base of the stairs is a hinged door that opens to a double island berth on centerline. The berth has an upholstered headboard set upon a three panel fully mirrored bulkhead with twin swing arm sconce/reading lights. There is new, custom carpeting throughout.

To both port and starboard are small two drawer nightstands with cabinetry along the hull sides including storage cabinets above the cherry counter tops. Behind a Roman shade is an opening stainless steel porthole both port and starboard.

To port going aft is a two door auto-lit cedar lined hanging locker. The aft bulkhead has the ensuite head door and a Samsung 42” TV. Also in the cabin are digital A/C controls, six LED overhead lights, a heat/fire sensor, new Fusion stereo and two speakers, a central vacuum outlet and breaker controls for the twin windlasses. A deck hatch above provides an emergency escape.

VIP HEAD FORWARD

Surprisingly large the ensuite head has a Blue Pearl granite sole, a four cabinet vanity with a Blue Pearl granite countertop and an undermount China sink.

Four beveled edge mirrored medal cabinet doors are above.

The shower has a clear glass door, a teak grate sole, small seat, new Grohe handheld and wall mountable fixture, a light and an exhaust fan.

The toilet is a full size Headhunter model.

Also in the head are three LED overhead lights and high gloss cherry joinery.

GUEST FOYER

From the port side, forward in the salon, eight curved newly carpeted steps with new LED step lights that lead below. The companionway has an Absolute Black granite foyer with high gloss cherry joinery. An art niche and mirror are to starboard. Five cabinets offer stewardess storage. Forward is a separate new Asko washer/dryer (replaced 2024) behind twin cherry doors. There is new carpeting throughout.

Aft is the master cabin entrance, forward is the midship VIP. Between are two twin bed staterooms all with ensuite facilities.

MASTER STATEROOM

Located in the widest and quietest part of the yacht is the Master Cabin. Entrance is from centerline forward with a king size bed aft on centerline. Each side has a burlwood topped nightstand with a cabinet door below. Above each nightstand is a cherry panel with a swing arm reading light affixed. Between these cherry panels is a newly upholstered headboard affixed to a large single pane mirror. Above the berth is a cherry soffit with four new directional LED down lights. The berth has two large drawers each side with additional storage under the new, custom mattress.

To port is a double door, cedar lined auto-lit hanging locker with a digital safe within. Going aft is a bank of twelve cherry drawers with a cherry top and a new Roman shade above concealing two opening stainless steel portholes. Next aft is the entrance to the His or Her head.

On the forward bulkhead of this cabin there is a new Samsung 43” Framed TV and a cabinet below.

To starboard is a matching two door auto-lit cedar lined hanging locker, followed by a chest of eight drawers flanking a recently re-upholstered seat centered. Above is a new Roman shade concealing two stainless steel portholes.

Also in this cabin are digital A/C controls, A/C delivery via port and starboard valances above the Roman shades, 16 additional LED light fixtures, removable new bound carpet, new Fusion speakers and a smoke/fire sensor. There is new carpet and lighting throughout as well as new hidden, magnetic locking drawers

HIS & HER ENSUITE

Being identical the His and Her head arrangement means a husband/wife need not worry if their usual side of the bed is on the ‘wrong’ side of the head arrangements.

Each berth has two large drawers and new rope lighting below. Above the outboard berth are six cabinet doors, an opening stainless steel porthole with a new Roman shade covering. Nightstand lifts and moves to allow beds to make 1 queen. There is new custom carpeting throughout.

At the foot of the outboard berth is a new LG 24" TV, a double door cedar lined auto-lit hanging locker and a new Fusion stereo. Also at the foot of the berths is the entry to the ensuite head.

STARBOARD TWIN HEAD

The sole is Blue Pearl granite that matches the vanity top and shower seat. The bow front vanity has three cabinet doors below and a China undermount sink above. Two large beveled edge mirrored medicine cabinets are above the sink. The toilet is a Headhunter full size model.

The stall shower has a clear glass door, a teak grate sole, an opening stainless steel porthole with Roman shades, a new Grohe handheld and wall mountable shower fixture, a light and an exhaust fan. Also in the head are three overhead LED lights and an A/C vent.

PORT TWIN STATEROOM

Entered via the aft end, twin single berths are off of the forward bulkhead with a three drawer nightstand between. Above the nightstand is a decorative wood panel with twin swing arm reading lights. Above each berth is a new and updated upholstered headboard set upon a mirrored panel. Each berth has two large drawers and new rope lighting below. Above the outboard berth are six cabinet doors, an opening stainless steel porthole with a Roman shade covering. Nightstand lifts and moves to allow beds to make 1 queen.

VIP GUEST STATEROOM - MIDSHIP

Located forward in the main accommodation area is the second VIP Guest Stateroom. A queen size berth is athwartships off the starboard hull side. There are six drawers and new rope lighting beneath the berth. Each side of the berth are two drawer nightstands with cherry tops. Above the nightstands are twin swing arm reading lights and six storage cabinets. Further above are two stainless steel opening portholes with new Roman shades covering as needed. A fluted valance delivers A/C over the berth. A mirrored soffit has four new LED lights above the head of the bed.

On the aft bulkhead is a cedar lined auto-lit hanging locker with a "hotel" safe . At the foot of the berth is a new 32” Samsung TV and the entrance to the ensuite head.

Also in this cabin is a new Fusion stereo, two stereo speakers, a heat/fire sensor, nine additional LED lights and a central vacuum outlet. There is custom carpeting throughout.

GUESTROOM ENSUITE

Surprisingly large, the midship VIP head has a white marble sole with a matching waterfall edge marble countertop on the vanity. The vanity has four cabinet doors and drawer below and a China undermount sink above. Three beveled edge mirrored medicine cabinet doors are above the vanity. The toilet is a full size Headhunter model. The stall shower has a clear glass hinged door, a teak grate sole, a marble topped seat, an opening stainless steel porthole with a Roman shade, a new Grohe handheld and wall mountable fixture, an LED light and an exhaust fan. Also in the head are four overhead LED lights and an A/C vent.

CREW COMPANIONWAY

Entering via the centerline swim platform door, three steps lead below. A teak and holly sole leads forward to the engine room with port and starboard crew cabins each with head/shower. A ladder and hatch offer emergency or at sea ingress/egress.

STARBOARD CREW CABIN

Upon entering are two bunks forward with the top bunk folding up as needed. Each is a large single and has a privacy curtain as needed. Outboard is a cedar lined auto-lit hanging locker. The sole matches that of the companionway. Overhead are two LED lights and a heat/fire sensor. Aft to the ensuite head.

STARBOARD CREW HEAD

A teak and holy sole has a full size Headhunter head. Above is a bow front vanity with four cabinets and a drawer. The vanity has a waterfall edge Blue Pearl countertop with a China undermount sink. Above are three beveled edge mirrored medicine cabinets doors. The stall shower has a clear glass bi-fold door, a teak grate sole, a marble seat, a handheld or wall mountable fixture, a light, exhaust fan and a stainless steel opening porthole. Also in the head is an A/C vent, three LED lights and a cabinet over the toilet.
