Engine Room:

Entry to the engine room is from the crew quarters via a watertight door with window. Upon entering, you immediately notice the head room of more than 6 feet making it the favorite for captains and owners who prefer great comfort and easy access. This is a white engine room, and it is spotless due to the gelcoat that has been sprayed during the build process to keep the floors smooth and stain free as possible so spills/drips will easily wipe away. The twin engines are soft mounted with carbon fiber motor mounts, reducing the weight of the boat. The commercial grade sea chest system utilizes (2) sea chests which are located both port and starboard of the engines providing sea water for every piece of equipment that utilizes sea water.

Exterior Main Deck and Swim Platform:

Entering the aft deck, you notice the teak decks and large teak table with bench seating and chairs that comfortably fit 8. The extended deck hard top provides protection from rain and sun in the cockpit. In addition, there are protective wing doors to keep dry and secure during heavy winds and rain while underway. As you walk around the outside of the yacht you notice the details: no window frames, teak decks, oval exterior stainless hardware, aft and forward boarding areas, built-in bow seating, high bulwarks which provide safe walkways around the yacht.

Salon:

Entering the salon from the cockpit your attention is captured by the vast amount of space in this area. This beautifully handcrafted teak and holly sole shine. Look forward, (2) comfortable settees both port and starboard, and a customized coffee table. Aft on the Port side you find a large comfortable chair and across is a bar with Sub Zero beverage center, ice maker, sink, and beautiful lighted glass cabinet. The Liquor cabinet is located port side in the salon with a slide out bottle rack. Forward on starboard also sits a lovely teak desk for writing or working on the computer.

Galley:

Up three steps from the salon is the state-of-the-art gourmet kitchen! The very large granite countertop provides ample area to serve dinner with family and friends. Custom solid teak wood cabinets and dovetailed drawers provide large amounts of storage in the galley. For convenience and safety, just to port of the galley, are stairs up to the flybridge, the port pilothouse door, and the electrical panel.

Pilothouse:

The lower station is elevated from the main deck and is far enough forward to give good vision when underway. To port is a comfortable dinette with seating for up to five people. Forward is the helm station and to starboard are both the stairs leading down to the staterooms and the starboard pilothouse door. The 120/240-volt AC electrical system, the 12/24-volt DC panels and the navigation/communications systems are located in this area. Above the helm station is the all-systems status panel, including the 12 and 24-volt navigation and electronic circuit breakers, the tank tender, fire buoy system indicator, inverter controls, stabilizer controls, emergency panel warning lights, and all the pump and navigation lights switches.

Moving down from the pilothouse is the companionway to the three staterooms, which all have en-suite heads and showers. In the hallway is a whirlpool washer and dryer.  The exquisite master stateroom has been upgraded to have the king size berth on the centerline fore and aft with 2 heads one on each side, lying aft. This layout provides you with the full 18' beam along with his and her private heads.

VIP Stateroom:

The VIP stateroom, located in the bow of the boat, has a queen size island bed and cedar-lined hanging closets on both sides. Under the bed are six drawers that are lined with Formica. The en-suite head with separate stall shower is made of the finest materials, Grohe fixtures and granite sink tops, and a VacuFlush toilet.

• Port and Starboard main engine service. Includes inspection/cleaning and pressure tested after coolers, new sea water pumps and impellers, oil change with oil and fuel filter replacement and installed new air filters
• Port and Starboard Generator oil change with oil and fuel filter replacement. Replaced raw water impellers and port generator received a new raw water pump
• Installed new Spot Free freshwater system
• Inspected and serviced water maker including new salinity probe and all new Orings
• Installed new Headhunter Mach 5 freshwater pump
• Installed four AIRLOK units
• Installed Raritan Tank Assure black water monitoring system
• Detailed engine room and lazarette
• Replaced port shore power cord and serviced both Glendinning cable masters

• Sanded bottom and applied two coats of bottom paint
• Prop speed all running gear

• All thru-hull valves inspected and found in perfect operation

Exterior and Deck:

• New glass portlights installed on port and starboard sides
• Recaulking of all windows
• All new nonskid paint on all decks including top of flybridge and pilothouse
• New varnish on cap rails, nameboards, tables and flagpoles, including new caulking on either side of the cap rail
• Sanding of all teak decks
• New paint on the mast, domes, fashion boards and entryways
• New paint on windshield wiper arms
• New wheelhouse window covers
• New boarding ladder cover
• Life rafts (2) annual service completed
• Anchor chains cleaned and marked for anchoring
• Polish the entire exterior of the vessel and polish all stainless
• Replaced all flybridge enclosure zippers
