Sea Saw features the conventional two-stateroom, galley-down floorplan. The interior cabinetry and woodwork are varnished teak with upgraded custom cabinetry, upholstery and fabric finishes. Special touches include all new power blinds in the salon and the array of standard equipment included cockpit controls, tackle center with freezer, teak cockpit sole, and teak covering boards. Please note that the Raritan ice maker has been removed.

Over the 2022 / 2023 season the following upgrades were made: All the aft cockpit teak was stripped and refinished, a solar system was installed with four deep cycle batteries and a 4000 watt inverter, the Ideal windlass was re-chromed, the teak swim platform was extended to 36 inches with new stainless steel transom brackets, underwater LED lights were installed, a transom door was installed, new LED bridge docking lights installed, the upholstery for the main dining settee was re-done, new carpet and under padding installed, a Yamaha sound system and Samsung TV with power lifter installed, two new leather swivel recliners were purchased, new wireless auto retract window blinds installed, a new DC to DC controller with 6 volt deep cycle batteries installed. In total approximately $85,000.00 in upgrades and required. 

Winter/Spring 2024 - all engine injectors changed with new ones, all 48 exhaust valve seals changed, complete mechanical set up and furl rack and delay. Oil and filters changed.

The Westerbeke 11 kw generator has approximately 2000 hours. New raw water intake hoses, separate starting battery, custom motor slide-out mechanism.

Both port and starboard Galley Maid intake and sewage pumps re-built.

In 2024 new custom cabinetry for the entertainment systems are be fabricated to complete the fully customized interior. The hull was media blasted, followed by the application of an epoxy barrier coat and bottom paint. The Detroit diesels have been full serviced including new injectors.

With her 485 hp Diesels, and her lightweight hull construction, this 48 is a real performer with a 27 knot cruise and a 30 knot top end.
