The Norseman 480 is a quality, trawler with conservatively classic lines. Her layout is simple and thoughtful. It is comfortable for two couples yet one couple can easily handle it.
This classic 48ft Flybridge Motor yacht draws from the very successful Norseman sailboat lineage and gets a lot from her heritage. Norseman has done a great job providing comfortable and well-thought-out use of space paired with good quality. One of the top features I noticed is the unobstructed access to all points from bow to stern, making line handling easy for one person.

The boat feels much bigger than her length designator of 48. Notice the high rails on the bow that provide extra safety at sea. This is a great boat that is easy to handle with a focus on safety, visibility, and comfort aboard. The salon and galley are on one level. It is one step up to the helm. It is three steps down to the accommodation. The teak steps to the flybridge are actual steps with room for your feet to stand. It is not a ladder.
