The fastidious owners have restored and maintained this yacht to the highest levels possible, she is beautifully built in Huon Pine and spotted Gum hull with Teak decks. A 2019 Yanmar 110hp is installed and shows a low 1030 hours, serviced June 2023.

"SOUTHWINDS" is well known and has been respected from the day she was launched at the shipyard of John Hayes & Sons, Sydney, experts in the art of traditional boat building. She catches the eye of discerning sailors everywhere she goes.

All sails are furling, main, mizzen and genoa from the over sized bronze deck winches and the safety of the cockpit.

Designed to comfortably live aboard for coastal or blue water ocean cruising.
