"The Crown Royal" is a large and very comfortable four cabin enclosed bridge Sport Fisherman / Yacht. She is well suited as a cruising vessel as well as being a very capable and fully rigged Sport Fisherman. She was built in Tampa, Florida by Westship World Yachts and designed by the renowned naval architect, Jack Sarin. She has four comfortable owner and guest cabins forward as well as two crew cabins aft. The interior design is quite spacious and comfortable and all the interior woodwork is American cherry.
The salon features a large full size bar with four chair stools aft and to starboard. To port is a large L-shaped sofa (with storage beneath), cocktail table and custom upholstered chair. The forward port salon bulkhead has a large framed art piece which at the flip of a switch raises to reveal a 60" Samsung Smart T.V. An i-pad controls the A/V options , sound system and lighting. The salon as well as the flybridge soles are beautiful wood with marble inlays. Multiple levels of lighting and pleated blinds on the deckhouse windows create a beautiful atmosphere. Moving forward to starboard is a spiral staircase to the flybridge and to port is a very well appointed day head. Moving forward to port is the huge fully equipped galley and to starboard is the dining area with glass table and six leather chairs with room for eight. A curved stairway forward leads down to the cabin area and companionway.
The full beam master stateroom is aft and has a double door entry. A forward facing centerline King sized berth with padded headboard, built in nightstands and dresser cabinets are to either side. There is also a vanity desk. Forward to port is a large cedar lined walk-in closet and a 40' Samsung T.V. To the starboard side of the stateroom are pocket doors that open to the marble master stateroom head. There is a large opague glass enclosed shower stall in the center with his and hers sink vanities and toilets to either side. Moving forward in the companionway is a stacked Whirlpool washer/dryer and a refrigerator to port. The stairway to starboard lifts up to reveal additional storage beneath. Further forward are two identical roomy guest staterooms to port and starboard with twin lower berths and a nightstand between. Both staterooms have private en-suite heads with marble vanities and stall showers, cedar lined closets and HD T.V.'s. Moving forward in the bow is the VIP guest stateroom with raised centerline queen sized berth. This stateroom has a vanity desk as well as a cedar lined closet, large en-suite head with shower as well as an HD T.V. All the staterooms feature port lights with shoji screen treatments.
The crew cabins are down and forward of the engine room. The area can be accessed via a stairway from the galley or from the engine room via the cockpit engine room door. There are two cabins and a large well appointed head. One cabin has upper / lower full size berths plus a desk area with the ships systems reference library and manuals. There is also a closet, drawers and a wall mounted Samsung TV. The other cabin has a double berth, TV, closet and drawers plus a Pullman berth that folds down from the wall if needed. In the area between the staterooms is a cabinet with an additional Whirlpool stacked washer/dryer unit and a large storage closet. The crew can exit through the engine room aft door for privacy.
Moving up to the enclosed Flybridge, the helm is forward and features an extensive array of navigation electronics. There are two large chrome base Stidd helm chairs in brown leatherette with white accent piping. The wood sole from the salon is carried out throughout the flybridge. Aft to starboard is a large L-shaped leather sofa and ottoman. To port behind the helm chairs is a wooden cabinet containing a pop-up 50' Samsung T.V. Further aft is a marble topped wet bar with sink. Below is stainless and glass refrigerator, ice maker and storage. Aft is a stainless and glass door opening to the upper aft deck. The flybridge is so large and comfortable that it essentially provides another salon space.
The flybridge aft deck sole is teak and there are two varnished teak chairs with cushions and covers. To starboard is a pedestal mounted helm station with engine displays and controls, jog stick steering and bow thruster control. There is a drop down TV in the overhead to port. To starboard is a stainless steel and teak ladder leading down to the lower aft deck. The tower legs both have ladder steps to the tower helm station. The tower has a bench seat for three with backrest and a buggy top for shade.
Moving aft from the salon through a sliding air operated door is the aft deck. The sole is teak and there is a large double chrome pedestal varnished teak table with inlaid accents and six varnished teak chairs with cushions and covers. In the forward port overhead there is a drop down flat panel TV. In a fiberglass cabinet forward and to port is a huge two compartment custom Frigibar freezer/refrigerator. To starboard is the curved stainless and teak ladder up to the aft bridge deck. To both outboard sides of the aft deck are boarding gates that swing open as well as teak steps with stainless steel rails leading down to the cockpit deck.
The cockpit deck and covering boards are teak. In the transom is a lighted live well with glass front window. There is also a Murray Brothers fighting chair with rocket launcher, rigging tray, drawer and cover. The forward bulkhead of the cockpit features a large Jenn - Air electric grill in a fiberglass cabinet with flip up lid to port. To starboard is a matching fiberglass cabinet with a large stainless steel lined bait freezer and three removable stainless bait trays. The two piece engine room door is centerline giving direct access to the electrical control room and forward through a watertight door to the engine room. Moving forward in the engine room is another watertight door leading to the crew cabin area.
On the foredeck (which is finished in non-skid) there is a Nautical Structures 2000 low profile , hydraulic power rotation davit and a 2015 17' Hells Bay bonefish skiff with a 70hp 4-stroke Yamaha outboard and Powerpole. The skiff is also painted in "Navy Blue" to match the mothership. In the brow of the forward deckhouse is a Freemen hatch which opens to a large Bosun's locker for equipment storage.
All the bow and side rails are stainless steel and there is a mid ship boarding gate opening in the side rails. The hull color is "Navy Blue" with white topsides.
