The asking price accounts for the following systems that are inoperable or in need of attention:

• The Deck and cockpit have various areas showing possible evidence of moisture

• The stiffeners between the engine room stringers show evidence of some moisture in the wood core.  A local experienced senior boat builder inspected these issues and found them to not be problematic.

• Minor scrapes on swim platform

• Surface rust showing on the aft fuel tank
