Work completed from roughly 2016-2019

Sand, paint and apply new non-skid to cabin areas
Remove, re-screw and bung the entire deck
Sand and paint interior of all lockers
Remove side main-mast chain plates and weld full-length SS strips reinforcing and doubling the size of the chain plates and build new chainplate / fill plate mounts.
Replace paneling on forward bulkhead
Paint interior areas white
Install Vacu-Flush toilet in rear cabin
Install new sink and shower controls in each head
Replace many drain and fill hoses
Rebuild all sea-cocks
Install secondary fuel filtration system for diesel engine

Rebuild and re-rivet roller Furling on Main Mast
Install new mainsail and mizzen custom made sails in Deltaville by Ullman Sails of tri-radial design in heavy cruising Dacron ($6,300) – used twice since installation in 2021
Strip and seal teak decks with Semco teak cleaner and sealer (late 2022)
Install new zincs – engine, prop shaft, generator (ongoing, to be completed before boat goes back in water May 2023)
Repaint Boot stripe and bottom paint (to be completed before going back in the water May 2023)
Strip rudder and epoxy filler and apply epoxy paint bottom protection (late 2022 and finish before going in the water May 2023)
Cabin floor teak and holly panels – completely remove old finish, sand, stain and refinish with Allwood MA Clear Gloss and yellow primer (75% complete)
Remove, strip, sand and refinish cabin Hatch boards and deck box (2023)
Remove all diesel main engine exhaust manifolds, exhaust exchanger, thermostat housing and rebuild system with all new bolts, studs, gaskets and silicon hose. New antifreeze (2020)
Install new 90 Amp Leece Neville alternator on main engine
Replace fuel lift pump on main engine with new electronic pump. Original kept as spare (still works)
Complete rebuild of raw water pump with new shaft, seals, V-belt sheave, impeller (late 2022)
Remove, rebuild and re-install Raw Water filter and bead blast/powder coat mounting plate
Added 30 Amp dock connection on Port side to feed new Bass Air Conditioning panel
Install Yandina Galvanic Isolater for new dock connection
Install Balmar SG200 Battery Monitor System. Monitors two LifePO4 batteries and starter battery. Have additional Monitor to mount
Removed old electrical wiring, replaced and added battery primary wiring; simplified battery selection switches to accommodate new LifePO4 batteries. Added manual cut-off switches for each LifePO4 battery.
Added Cockpit 12V cigarette lighter female for chargers
Add 30 Amp Furrion Y adapter for two 30 Amp connections
Add Marinco 50 Amp to two 30 Amp adapter
Install two LifePO4 D4 size 200 AH batteries for House Batteries
Install new Group 31 Duracell AGM Starter Battery for main diesel (all batteries on continuous float charge since new – none has suffered a major discharge)

Strip, clean and paint Generator
Remove heat exchanger, rod out and clean
Replace all hoses, filters and oil (about 3 hours running time since completed)

Teak Decking Sanding tool (for between boards) and sanding sheets
6 Tubes of teak deck caulk from Teak Decking Systems
Have Raritan Fresh Water head conversion kit to install in forward head
Plenty of spare fan bearings (inner and outer) for AC “squirrel cage” fans. Aft ones just replaced (2023)
New LED bulbs for all lights (to be installed where needed)
