The BoatYard provides slips for 20’ to 80’ with free haul-out and launch at The BoatYard after one year of tenancy. There is ample parking near the slips.

With an array of services such as haul-outs, painting and finishing, fiberglass and woodworking, engine, mechanical, and electrical work, The BoatYard is equipped to handle all marine needs and provides the following amenities: 30 and 50 amp power, secure gates with card key access, dock carts, laundry room, and ADA ramps.
